Straight Razor - West Coast Style IPA
"A few years ago Dave and I, along with a bunch of hop head friends from the Yeast Wranglers homebrew club (including Darrin and Jonas from @cabinbrewing !!) went down to Yakima Valley for a multi day seminar on hops. It was probably one the best road trips I can barely remember. Being soaked in hops for 3 days was pretty cool, and especially inspiring.
If there was one thing I learned about hops that trip, it's that everyone smells and tastes something different in a hoppy beer. I think that's what makes these beers so awesome." -Mike
