Orange Blossom, Pine Resin, Mango Nectar. This has some hops to it! This Westy is light in both colour and malt use, and with none of that pesky caramel nonsense. Comet, punchy Idaho 7, and Strata are the stars of this constellation, and the whole thing paints a beautiful, balanced picture across your palate.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Oregon, @crosbyhops, this is a modern take on a West Coast IPA and a true celebration of the base ingredient that they do oh, so well. It’s light in both colour and malt with none of that pesky caramel nonsense that sometimes polutes beers of this style. Crosby actually let us pick from some of their finest, most unique and exclusive lot, the dears. In fact, we literally followed our nose to select the specific and super special hops we used in this beer. So two can play at that game, Sam.
