4 Seasonal Boxes: As an EP Beer Club subscriber, you’ll receive 4 boxes over the course of the year. Each box will include 2 bottles of an EP Beer Club exclusive brew, giving members a total of 8 bottles.

Exclusive Releases: The beers that you receive in each box are exclusive to the EP Beer Club and will only be available to subscribers due to their super-limited batch sizes.

EP Beer Club Glassware: Beers this special should be enjoyed in just the right way; in a EPBC exclusive glass and with excellent company. As a thank you for joining in on the fun, you will receive 2 glasses with your first box.

Early & Special Event Access: Taproom events provide unique ways to experience what we do at the taproom. From tastings to brewery tours, subscribers will get the chance to snag their spot before anyone else and look forward to intimate events offered only to members.

15% Taproom Discount: Regardless of if you’re stopping in for a quick lunchtime pint, or you’re grabbing some merch to gift to your best pal, subscribers get 15% off for the duration of the subscription.

Behind the BarreLS

At the beginning, the folks behind your favourite Establishment beers were passionate homebrewers who’s true love was barrel-aged beer. Nowadays, the tanks are bigger and so is the fun, but we haven’t forgotten how it feels to nail a new recipe and relish those limited sips with fellow beer fiends.

The EP Beer Club is an opportunity for us to bring something extra special to a community of folks who find something special in celebrating dang good beer and sharing that experience with a group of close friends.

THE BEER

Nowadays, the tanks are bigger and so is the fun, but our passion for beer came from years of homebrewing. We haven’t forgotten how it feels to nail a new recipe and relish those limited sips from small batches with fellow beer fiends. EP Releases are super limited brews that we can’t produce on a larger scale. They’re born from brewery passion projects and act as open invitations to experience the brewery in new ways from the comfort of your home.
Additional bottles will be released to members for purchase where batch sizes allow
Due to extremely limited quantities of our EP releases, these beers will only be available to EP Beer Club Subscribers.

SUBSCRIPTION

In order to confirm your spot to receive your 4 boxes and all the additional benefits of being in the EP Beer Club, you will need to provide payment in full at the time of registration.

Taproom discounts are available for use starting on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. For subscriptions purchased after January 1st, your discount will become available once your subscription has been confirmed by our team.
Yes! We have a one-time transfer policy that will allow you to transfer your subscription to someone else if your circumstances change.
We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to cancel your subscription, please email epbeerclub@establishmentbrewing.ca. Please note that we do not provide refunds on canceled subscriptions. If you are no longer interested in keeping your subscription, consider transferring it to a friend.
Sorry, once you cancel your subscription, your taproom discount will no longer be valid.

Shipping & Pick Ups

You can either pick up your box at our brewery or arrange to have it shipped. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
Yes! We will contact you regarding release dates for each box prior to launch. You will have the opportunity to indicate if you will be picking up your box or shipping it. Please note that extra shipping charges will apply.
Sorry, we are not able to ship beer out of Alberta at this time. Keep an eye out for an EstBrew collab with a brewery in your area or try to coordinate with a friend who lives in Alberta.
We will reach out to you before the release of each box to provide all the juicy details on the upcoming EP Beer Club beers and any other fun updates. A pickup window will be provided at that time. If you are unable to pick your box up within the allocated window, reach out to us at epbeerclub@establishmentbrewing.ca to coordinate.
We’ve planned our EP releases to be not only seasonal, but to bring you joy throughout the year. If you are worried you won’t be available to pick up your beers within the pickup windows, consider having your boxes shipped or reach out to us at epbeerclub@estbalishmentbrewing.ca to see what options may be available.
Once boxes are released, you will have a 90 day window to pick them up at the brewery. If you won’t be able to pick up your box within the allotted time, ask a friend to pick it up for you or reach out to us at epbeerclub@estbalishmentbrewing.ca.
Yes! Simply let us know the name of the person picking up your box by emailing epbeerclub@estbalishmentbrewing.ca.

Yes! When you fill out the registration information for your subscription, please indicate who you are purchasing the subscription for and provide the necessary contact information so that we can get in touch with them.
