Mike’s craft beer journey began when a bottle of Saison Dupont blew his socks off, opening his eyes to what beer can be. Now, his closet is full of brewery swag, his mind full of hops, and his cellar stocked with bottles he daydreams about cracking. Find him resisting the urge to discuss ‘beer clean’ glassware with a bartender near you.

Travis Beale

Region: Edmonton, Central & Northern Alberta

Travis began his craft beer journey slinging pints in the Calgary bar scene. After watching the taps transition from mundane big brands to a dynamic offering of beers brewed locally, he was drawn to the quickly growing industry. He joined the EstBrew team in 2020, and has been hands-on player throughout many of it’s biggest milestones.

When it comes to Travis’ top brew, there is no doubt. Word on the street is that he’s already planned to be buried beside his one true love, a flat of Left My Wallet in El Segundo Lichtenhainer.

Brent Theilgaard

Region: North Calgary, Bow Valley, Southern Alberta

Brent’s foray into the craft beer industry started behind the scenes on the packaging line. It was during this time that he was able to shadow the brewers and gain an appreciation for the quality and craftmanship that the Establishment puts into their brews. Guided by his passion for working with people, Brent transitioned to deliveries before making the move into sales. Each day, he is energized by the vibrant individuals that made up the beer and hospitality communities.

When he isn’t advocating for more tanks of PilsGnar (the perfect beer as Brent likes to say) he can be found chatting about his other passion; the great sport of baseball.
