Purchasing a membership for someone else: If you are purchasing a subscription for someone else, please complete the form with the recipient’s contact information in the ’subscriber’ fields. They will receive a confirmation email immediately after the form is submitted. If you would like to gift your subscription but do not want the recipient to receive a confirmation immediately, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the form fields below with your information.
2. When you are ready to transfer the subscription, email epbeerclub@establishmentbrewing.ca with the name, email and phone number of the person you would like to transfer the subscription to.
