When we started our mixed-culture program almost 6 years ago, the first of its kind in YYC, we couldnβt have imagined what an epic journey this labour of love would be. As we continue to hone our skills and make better beer every batch, we thought weβd take a moment to stop and smell the foam, celebrating all these incredible brews with πΎππππ π»ππ πΎπππ π»πππππ π¨ππ.
On Saturday, October 19 weβll be offering a carefully curated selection, with a tap list full of mixed-culture beers, Reserve Bottles by the glass, Still Lambic pours and more. Weβll have @fraserandfig serving Charcuterie & Raclette, as well as some early jazz sessions with The Wallpaper Quartet for your listening pleasure.
