For Chocolate Box #3, we are excited to be presenting a selection of Calgary gems: Kensington Sinfonia, Jairus Sharif Duo feat. Mustafa Rafiq & The Velvet Groove Trio (Barry Mason Jr). Each band adds its own distinct flavor to this “musical chocolate box”, creating a rich and varied soundscape that invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and discover something unexpected. From soulful and improvised sounds to music that is spacious, intimate, and contemplative, each performance offers its own opportunity for connection and reflection. Whether you’re a longtime lover of adventurous music or simply looking for a meaningful live experience, this evening promises curiosity, discovery, and the kind of moments that stay with you long after the final note.
