We're pushing the boundaries of our mixed-culture program with the launch our first foray into the world of beer/wine hybrids and celebrating with an intimate brewer tell-all and food pairing.
We'll be getting into the nitty gritty on how we teamed up with top-notch booze proveyers, Vine Arts and Anthony Buchanan Wines, to create an unexpectedly pleasant blend that boasts uncanny characteristics of orange wine. It's bright and fruity with wine's telltale tannic dryness, and pairs perfectly with - you guessed it - oysters.
