Fashion IS DANGER

New Zealand Hazy Pale Ale, 5.2% ABV

Paloma, meringue, and Nashi Pear. This Pale Ale packs a bouquet of five different hop ingredients—all grown in New Zealand by the same Freestyle producer. The result is tropical and dreamily creamy with just a hint of something floral(s for Spring? Groundbreaking). It’s the edge, it’s the chic, it’s the taste.

Malt: Pilsner, Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, Chit

Hops: Rakau, Motueka, Waimea, Wai-iti Cryo, Maui Nelson Hop Kief

Yeast: OYL-011

More About the Beer:
We’re back with another New Zealand-influenced and infused quaff. It’s the edge, it’s the chic, it’s the taste. Contrary to what the name might suggest, we’ve amassed heaps of experience proving brewing with NZ hops is a super safe bet. This time we put our chips on Rakau, Motueka, Waimea, Wai-iti Cryo, and Maui Nelson Hop Kief and the result is tropical and dreamily creamy with just a hint of something floral(s for Spring? Groundbreaking).

While this NZ Hazy Pale Ale packs a bouquet of five different hop ingredients, all of them came by way of a solitary producer: @freestylehops . While it’s not our first time tangling with them, it is our first time playing with Rakau. What a thrill! Try it as a part of a flight or split a 4-pack with a pal, whatever strikes the right chord.

Available for purchase at the Establishment Brewing Company taproom, online store, and at select stockists while supplies last.
