Hops: Strata, Citra, HBC 1019

Malt: Pilsner, Chit, Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat

Yeast: OYL-011

This juicy, hazy number is Strata-forward with Citra and HBC 1019 bringing up the caboose. The members and measures of this particular holy hop trinity were chosen to help us achieve a nice blend of fruit notes ranging from deep stonefruit to bright Valencia orange. We got our hands on a particularly ripe and ready bunch of Strata from our friends @crosbyhops and couldn’t wait to make them the star.

HBC 1019 is an experimental hop variety that can be a pretty potent addition, but we used a light touch with this bad boy this time around to keep things out of peach gummy candy town. Of course, that doesn’t mean our train won’t stop at that station soon enough. Until then, all aboard.
