To celebrate four years of comradery and award winning beers, we're inviting a small group of friends behind the scenes to explore a brew that goes back to our humble, home-brew beginnings.
Erlton Street is a barrel-aged, mixed culture beer made annually with a blend of particularly interesting barrels that we've enjoyed throughout the year. No two vintages are the same, and each one represents a chapter in our journey. All of our past Erlton Street beers are kept safely tucked away in our cellar and are rarely available due to extremely limited quantities. This will be one of the last times to taste many of our older vintages.
Join head brewer, Mike Foniok, for an intimate vertical tasting event that includes the unique opportunity to taste all four vintages of Erlton Street and learn about the special sauce that makes our mixed-culture beers so unique.

A guided Erlton Street tasting and conversation on the Mixed Culture Program at the Establishment Brewing Company with head brewer, Mike Foniok.
