Hey, hey, hey! It’s time to launch the latest link in our chain of smokin’ releases: a collaboration with Noble Pie. While they are masters of their own noble, carb-heavy art, this alliance was less about brewing together than it was about us making something that would elevate their already otherworldly ‘za.

We were looking to brew something notably novel but neutral enough to play well with flavourful nosh—all while being highly quaffable on its own. So how did we get here? By making some modern twists on a classic lager. We used a cocktail of different malts, added corn to mellow them out, and brightened things up with both old and new-world hops at various stages of the fermentation process. 

The question is not: should you try this? The question is whether your first sip oughta be enjoyed unaccompanied or with some of the best pizza you could ever hope to eat—takeaway or otherwise.

Noble Pie was born out of practice, patience, and obsessive experimentation. Self-taught pizza maker & owner Mike Lange, along with his partner Leslie Lamont, devote methodical care and attention towards every element of your pie. They are dedicated to the pursuit of new knowledge, processes, and ingredients in an effort to perfect their fermentation and baking techniques.

Transitioning from a pizza pop-up to a full-service brick-and-mortar location in 2021, their menu is simple and refined allowing the couple to focus on what they do best: pizza!

Olive oil base, caciocavallo/mozza blend, garlic, basil, banana peppers, prosciutto cotto, fennel sausage, ezzo pepperoni, black pepper, oregano, grana/pecorino & parsely.

Made to pair perfectly with Takeaway, Noble Pie created the ‘New Porker’ a feature ‘za for launch week. Available Wednesday, May 17 to Sunday, May 21.
